The Challenge
EU Telecom OEM wanted to augment agentic AI to its vast NW operational data (collected multiple live NW in MEA) and minimize its every day manual optimization activity time.
Solution
We partner this telco OEM to understand its existing optimization process using in house developed tools and macros. Since this being very confidential NW KPI data, we proposed to use local MLM coupled with langgraph for complex workflow automation using agents.
