NA Telco operator wants to its first AI CoE center that can work across multi-functional departments including NW, devices, CRM, Billing, retail etc. to identify and drive efficiency across with latest AI stack for their existing manual / repetitive process
Solution
We partner this telco operator to create and deploy long term right size AI CoE in hybrid manner (NA & India). We started by understanding various needs of different groups along with their activities, process, existing ERPs, Data strategies etc. We then define high priority use cases for every group along with common pool team sizing with very specific and niche skills.
